Distinguished delegates, honorable chairs, esteemed advisors, and valued guests,

It is my greatest honor to welcome you all to CKMN26, a conference built on the principles of diplomacy, cooperation, and constructive dialogue. Today, as we gather under a shared commitment to understanding and global responsibility, we step into a space where every voice holds potential and every idea carries the power to shape a better future.

Our world faces unprecedented challenges — from geopolitical tensions to humanitarian crises, from environmental threats to technological dilemmas. Yet, within each crisis lies an opportunity: an opportunity for leadership, for empathy, and for collaboration. CKMN26 exists because we believe that young minds, when given the platform and encouragement, can drive meaningful change.

As Secretary General, I invite you all to embrace the spirit of open-mindedness throughout this conference. Debate boldly, listen carefully, and negotiate with integrity. Do not hesitate to question, to propose, and to imagine solutions that go beyond the ordinary. Remember that leadership is not defined by speaking the loudest, but by building bridges where others see divides.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our academic team, organizational staff, and every individual who contributed to making this conference possible. Most importantly, I thank you — the delegates — for your dedication, your preparation, and your willingness to engage in the global conversation.
